Ben Morgan-Smith

Ben is a Consulting Data Architect at Rackspace Technology. He started his career back in the 90s as a Data Scientist, first with British Airways and then dunnhumby, the pioneers of the Tesco Clubcard customer loyalty scheme. Here he discovered an interest in technology, moving first to Data Engineering and finally into the bowels of IT, where he learned about the cloud and became an Architect. Ben is a certified data specialist across all three major clouds.
