Gavin Bounds

As Rackspace Technology Chief Operating Officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions, Gavin is responsible for strategic planning, transformation, delivering profitable revenue growth and Fanatical Experience™ to customers.

Gavin has over 20 years of experience working for technology companies, including Hewlett Packard, Unisys and Fujitsu and held Board positions in the UK, Middle East, US and Canada. In his most recent role for the UK Government, he led the COVID-19 Supply Chain and Logistics group, increasing capacity from 10,000 tests per day to several million tests per day in just seven months.
