Jo Glass

Jo started her career with Rackspace Technology leading our SMB Service Delivery department. She worked in a variety of roles across operations and HR before moving to our International HQ in Zurich and leading a number of our strategic change programs across EMEA and APJ. She is passionate about creating a high-performance workplace culture and enabling individuals to reach their full potential, and does this by running a number of mentoring and coaching initiatives across the business. She has two daughters, 12 and 9, and is focused on creating a platform in our workplaces which enable the next generation of women to enter without facing any biases.
