Vanessa Thompson

Vanessa has been working in the IT industry for 16 years, working for and with some of the largest names in the industry, both in the UK and internationally; having spent 2 years living and working in Sydney Australia.

Vanessa also sits on the board for POWER at Rackspace - POWER is the Professional Organisation of Women Empowerment at Rackspace - where they focus on creating a community where women can thrive and drive greatness, together. This is something she feels very passionately about, wanting to help support and build a world of equal opportunities for her daughter and many other young girls’ and women.
